Problem

Smell of gas

SHUT OFF LP GAS CYLINDERVALVE AT ONCE
DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE UNTIL LEAK IS SEALED

Steady red light is on

The burner does not ignite.

A. Disconnect power.
B. Control level of propane.
C. If propane level is O.K.
D. Control gas valve.
E. Connect power supply.
F. If light is still on, contact nearest dealer or contact GII’s service department.


If all lights are off

1. Bad battery





2. Overheating device has released

A. Check battery connection.
B. Check fuse – if fuse is not working, change fuse, or contact nearest dealer or GII’s service department.


A. Unscrew black cap, located on the side of the burn chamber and push green button, or wait until temperature has gone down and it resets itself.
B. Check for anything blocking the chimney system.

Red blinking light

1. Bad battery





2. Sensors problem

A. Check voltage on battery – if less than 10V, recharge the battery.




A. Check to ensure that electrical cords connected to sensors are tight.
B. Check to ensure that sensors are not touching the waste tank surface; they should only connect with black water in tank.
