- The ECOJOHN™ has been used too frequently without a full burning cycle.
- The feeder screw is not moving.

The appliance must complete completing a full burning cycle before it can be used again.
Open lid and control that no visible objects are blocking the movement for the feeder screw.
A. If there is a blocking Object:
- Remove if possible
- Close lid and reverse screw by pressing reverse button for 3 seconds.
- Open lid and remove object.
B. If there are no visible objects:
- Close lid and reverse screw by pushing reverse button for 3 seconds.
- Press urine/waste button (depending on usage).

Ignition failed light is on.

The burner does not ignite. |
A. Disconnect power
B. Control level of propane
C. Control gas valve
D. Connect power supply
E. Wait 30 Seconds before pushing the waste button
F. If light still comes on, contact nearest dealer or contact GII’s service department
